Country Working Committees (in each country)
Composition
Advisory Members: Up to 6 – By Invitation Only
Anchor Organisations- Two – By Invitation Only
Core Partners- Up to 12– By Invitation Only
The Country Working Committee can:
- Nominate two Members of the Country Working Committee to the Southasian Working Committee (SWC).
- Outreach to youth for participation and contributions.
- Form Panels to shortlist two best entries from their country for inclusion in the Final Annual Southasia Civil Society Commemoration Program.
- Select and nominate one youth from the country to participate in the Final Panel Discussions at the Southasia Events.
- Extend Invitations to all institutions, organisations, groups and individuals for Hybrid and Online participation in the events.
- Organising events- off line (in as many locations as possible) and online for their country.
- Mobilisation of Resources for Awards and for organising the Events.
- Facilitate collaborations and participation my Members in Programs by different Southasian countries.
- Any other activity as decided from time to time
Partners – Associates – Volunteers
Partner NGOs: Up to 24
By Invitation or through Application
Can Partner to:
1. Propagate about Doyens of Peace Programs through mass outreach and social media
2. Can organise Hybrid Programs on 12th August 2025 and later in schools / colleges / public spaces
3. Can Provide Resource Persons to be Judges / Panel Members to short list Video Entries for the Program on 12 th August 2025

Associates: Up to 24
Non- NGO Organisations: Youth and Trade Unions, Professional Bodies and Institutions interested in propagating the Doyens of Peace Programs to their constituents and organising Hybrid events can be enlisted as Associates.

Volunteers: Up to 24
Committed Individuals who are interested in Southasian Programs and want to help with publicity for entries and / or organising Hybrid Events and participation in Programs in different Southasian countries can be enlisted as Volunteers by the Country Working Committees

Important Notes:
1. Number of Members for each category will be decided by respective Country Working Committees.
2. Approval of Membership will be subject to review and ratification of by respective Country Working Committees.
Youth Representation:
At Least 30% of members in all Committees at all levels to be Youth between 15 and 30 years
Southasia Working Group – 20 to 24 Members
Two Representatives and up to two Advisory Members from each country to constitute the Southasia Working Group (SWG)
Functions of SWG:
- Coordination with all CWCs.
- Constitution of a Panel at Southasia level to adjudge all entries.
- Finalisation of Theme and Activity for each year in consultation with CWCs.
- Resource Mobilisation as required.
- Organise and Coordinate the Annual Southasia Civil Society Commemoration Program every year on12th August.
- Finalisation of Detailed Program for the Annual Commemoration Events.
- Facilitating collaborations and participation by Members in different Southasian Programs.
- Any other activity as decided from time to time
